Other Important Details
- In House Premium Bar service that is affordable and also customizable for each event
- Each event is required to carry a 1M event insurance policy. These polices cost approximately $250-$300.
- Rental rates and terms are based on the date the agreement is written, not the date of the tour or inquiry.
- **Catering companies not on the venue suggested list must be approved by venue
