- Use of 2 Outdoor Patios and Grounds creating that indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
- Use of Bridal and Groom Rooms before and during your event.
- Access To The Décor Den of over 1,000+ items to gain inspiration and incorporate into your day.

Other Important Details
- All bar service is through an in-house bar package, which is a premium, well-priced, and customizable for each event.
- Each event is required to carry a 1M event insurance policy. These polices cost approximately $250-$300.
- Rental rates and terms are based on the date the agreement is written, not the date of the tour or inquiry.
- **Catering companies not on the venue suggested list must be approved by venue
